New Brand for Non-Mobile Sites

With the launch of Dealt-It.com, and the occasional foray into single-serving websites, it was determined
that Mobicosm is too specific of a name. Rather than undergoing a time consuming and often confusing name
change, I am instead spinning-off a new brand called BitRebellion.com.
BitЯebellion is a non-specific, edgy name that can fit the bill for any type of diversion I can think of. However,
Mobicosm will continue to be the company name; and the primary focus of the company will continue to be
on mobile sites and apps.

Dealt It.com Has "Launched"

During the NavMarker revamp, I decided to try a new-ish development framework called MVC. I initially
began by trying to convert NavMarker, but my understanding of the framework didn't have the depth required
to pull that off. So I attempted a side project of a much smaller scale.
A website about farts! I created a generic system that could essentially be about any topic, but I chose
a hilarious fart description and ratings site to keep from burn out and have a lot of laughs along the way.

miniSPHERE Has Been Retired

It is with great remorse that I announce the end of the miniSPHERE mobile portal. This was a fun project that started back in 2006 when the mobile web was in its infancy. I had a great time designing it, took pride in upgrading it, and most of all, really enjoyed using it.

NavMarker is Being Revamped

In February of this year, the NavMarker project was shelved due to the launch and marketing blitz of a very similar Google release. I intended to let the app die and move on to other things, but during brainstorming I kept coming back to it. Perhaps a new direction is what it needs.
